Great atmosphere - you feel very comfortable in every corner of the restaurant. The relatively newly designed beer garden / courtyard is also great.

Nice, tasty, expensive for such a portion. Very nice restaurant-museum. Everything is in knightly paraphernalia, luxurious halls and a cozy courtyard and balconies. You can play chess, you can become a king for a moment and sit on a throne, you can look into a well full of secrets. The service is great. The only "BUT" is the size of the portions and their prices. It's strange when you leave the restaurant to think if you can buy a burger on the way. The menu is small, but with exotic notes. The meat is delicious, everything is fresh.

Confident in terms of price, but so far in terms of quality with a corresponding equivalent value, especially if the special building fabric is included. The selection on the menu is clear, but okay, and I'm happy to be a guest here again and again.

Thank you for the all-round successful evening! We had reserved a table in advance for a candlelight dinner. From the ambience, to the choice of seats, the nice service, the delicious and the superbly put together food, everything exceeded our expectations. It was really something special! See you soon;)

Great ambience, delicious food. A star deduction for the service, it all takes a very, very long time, and our aperitif was lukewarm, which is very unfavorable with a Prosecco! A service is perhaps a little too little! She tried very hard, but she can't do more than work.

I have to admit that I haven't met such a special place in a long time. Beautiful decor, excellent atmosphere and this beer is weighed on the spot ... Excellent drink in a multi-flavored edition - it's worth using. I had duck for dinner - delicious. Service at the highest level. Being nearby should not miss this place.

We were here yesterday food. The house exudes its atmosphere at every turn. The service at the beginning a bit hectic. Appetizer and main course were great, but it would have been good if you had asked the beef fillet as the Garpunkt to be, mine was unfortunately durch.Die dessert variations for two, in our opinion for the price was not good, too small and also not very tasty. Sorry. But we will come again and then test the other desserts.

This place is too Gorgeous and site to behold... It will take you with all that beauty, aesthetics and intricate work with the feel of ancient times which we only saw in movies or sleep dreaming them. You can visit this place once but it will make sure to make place in your heart and mind that you witnessed something so amazing and age old when travelling means horses and dining means Ale and gient bull on table and all that noisy fellas with their beard sipping of alcohol. This place just gave me feel of Crossroad inn in Games Of Thrones so one can imagine how mesmerizing this place is. Food is amazing, drinks are lovely and staff is super suportive and well mannered. I must say if you are visiting Germany ever then don't forget to visit this place.

The beer is really enjoyable, a refreshingly different taste even within the abundance of German beers, it is quite expensive however worth it every time.

Large clean modern rooms. Best gasthaus I have ever stayed in. There dinner was lovely and had great ambiance. What a beer selection. Note, the gasthaus is actually up the street and is only staffed in the morning. You have to check in at the restaurant.

Absolutely gorgeous place, going thru is like a labyrinth, more and more rooms when you think it should be over...

Great beer but that's it. My steak was overcooked then I got a rare steak instead of medium rare as ordered. We also had to wait a long time to get our food after the starters. The espresso had no crema and tasted awful. If you avoid eating steak and drinking espresso you might enjoy the meal there. The beer and the starter was great. The location is also great.
